"This often worries business creators, but the legal status is not the first question to ask," confirms Bernadette Sozet, "especially since this choice is not final: we can change status according to the evolution of the situation ".

“At the start, many designers are too confident and draw on their savings,” laments Bernadette Sozet. For her, this is not necessarily a good calculation. "Even for small sums, it is better to take out a small loan, by contacting the banks and / or calling on a specialized structure".

For example, there is the possibility of benefiting from a partial or total exemption from social charges for one year, with the ACRE (aid to business creators and buyers).
